Mastery Journal 11

This is a been a crazy 12 months. Between just separating from the Air Force, moving to a new city, global pandemic, and the New Civil Rights Movement, I was able to learn about an entirely new industry and loved it! I loved it all…except Law. But this is definitely the field for me. Everything in this last course seemed important to learn but I wish the dates fell where we did not have assignments due the weekend of graduation. I have no idea how I did on my marketing plan and pitch, but I had fun putting it together.

According to my DM Mastery Journey Timeline, my goal for the Digital Marketing Campaign Development course was to create and launch a marketing campaign. Which is exactly what I have done. This class is beneficial because I now know and understand all the aspects of the marketing plan and how persuasion of that plan is vital. I have mastered using Keynote for presentations and will be helpful when I have to send presentations remotely to potential clients and/or staff.

Also, I want to thank the Full Sail University staff for such an amazing experience. My first round in college ended quite quickly and honestly, I did not feel smart enough for it. It took me 16 years to go back to college because of the fear of failing again. To be nominated for such a prestigious award is a blessing in itself. I can’t believe I didn’t think I was smart enough to do this. Full Sail has helped rebuild my confidence and hone my professional skills. I cannot thank Full Sail enough, but I am sure I will find away in the future. Best of luck to everyone.
